To accommodate our many different types of customers, we have allotted for several different methods of payment. We would like to make processing your order as smooth as possible so that we can get your merchandise to you promptly.
CHARGES AND AUTHORIZATIONS Once an order has been placed we will automatically attempt to authorize your method of payment. This is done in part to verify our customer’s identity and ensure a safe and pleasurable experience for each of our customers. Because of this authorization, you will likely notice a pending transaction if using a credit card for your purchase. This pending transaction is not a charge to your account and is only temporary. You will not be charged for your merchandise, when using a credit card, until your merchandise has been shipped to you and a tracking number has been emailed to the address you provide during your purchase. Please note that we pull merchandise to fill your order from our local stores and various vendors. As a result physical stock may be different than the posted availability. Should your order include any out of stock or backorder items we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of this change to your order. The remainder of your order will be processed and sent out under typical time frames. Once a backordered item come available again we will notify you by e-mail to give you the option of purchasing this time. You will be under no obligation to purchase this item at this time. Please also note that when making payment with a PayPal account the payment is instant. While HouseofStyle.com prefers to charge customers only once orders have shipped this is not possible for our PayPal customer. However, if for any reason you would like to cancel your order or if any (or all) of your products are our of stock we will issue a refund directly to your PayPal account. Should you have any questions regarding this or any other billing policy please feel free to contact us. ORDER CONFIRMATION E-MAILS As soon as your order is placed you will receive an “Order Confirmation E-mail” that is headed with your order number. Please use this email as your order receipt. This e-mail also includes all of your order information including billing and shipping address, items ordered and cost. Order confirmations do not mean that product is in stock. All orders are subject to review and product is pulled once address verification and payment is approved. To assure that we have an item in stock we request that you call or Click Here To E-Mail Us your request ahead of time. We have only 25% of the products that are carried in our stores online and have many other alternates if an item is out of stock. We will work with your by sending your photos, examples and information by email. CANCELING & MODIFYING ORDERS Once an order is placed you do still have the option of canceling or modifying; however, cancellation or modification of an order will not be accepted if the order has already been shipped. We urge our customers to contact us by phone at 858-456-4655 or by Clicking Here To E-Mail Us. If you have placed an order and forgot to include a coupon code please feel free to email or call us with that coupon code within 24 hours of placing your order so we may make any adjustments prior to shipping. Again, once your order has shipped we cannot modify any part of the order. SHIPPING COST & TIMING We are happy to announce that we currently ship all orders via USPS and FedEx. This provides significant savings in time and cost which has been passed on to you, our customer. This also provides us the ability to ship orders to rural areas and PO Boxes. All orders are also fully trackable
All orders over $450 qualify for free priority shipping within the continental U.S. Please contact our customer service for the free shipping coupon code. All shipping times quoted above do not include time for processing of your order nor do they include Sundays and holidays. Selecting one or two day shipping is a speedy way to receive your order; however, it does not mean that you will receive your order the day after it has been placed. Many of our items are available to be shipped within 24 hours; however, some items, such as 7Diamonds, Roar, and Bill Adler, require an additional 2 to 3 days to be processed. SHIPPING POLICY For the safety of our customers, our current shipping policy states that allcustomers must have their orders shipped to their billing address. If a customer whishes to send a gift or have their order shipped to a different address we provide the following two options:
SHIPPING: ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/PPO, AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Customers living in Alaska or Hawaii must select there states in the shipping drop down box for standard ground. You can choose an express option but may be requested to pay more than your invoice as indicated do to the shipping location and size of the package. We will inform you and gain authorization by phone or email before we do request this. All APO/PPO or P.O. boxes cannot be express shipped and will be sent standard USPS. International orders are accepted from countries supported by WIRE TRANSFER if we are not able to validate your credit card information.Click here for a list of accepted Countries. All international orders are shipped overseas using USPS or FedEx. Delivery times do vary, please Click Here To E-Mail Us for more accurate transit times. All international orders require a signature at delivery so that we can make sure your package reaches you promptly and safely. Houseofstyle.com ships to Western Europe and various other countries. Please call us at 858-456-4655 to confirm that we ship to your country. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION E-MAILS Each order at Houseofstyle.com is treated with care. It may take 1-3 days to process your order. Please allow extra time for orders that are placed on or processing over holidays. As soon as we have the merchandise you will be charged and your merchandise will be shipped to you that day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that lets you know the tracking number and the items included in your shipment. If you have any questions about a particular package we keep all of the tracking numbers on file and we will be happy to assist you with locating your package at any time RETURNS Ship Returns/Exchanges to: HouseofStyle.com Returns 1270 Cleveland Ave. Suite J105 San Diego, CA 92103 REFUNDS & EXCHANGES As stated in the above return/exchage policy we accept exchanges if they are in their original condition and have been returned within the allotted 14 days. To provide additional time during the holiday season we have extended our exchange policy to 30 days for all purchases within the month of December. All other conditions of the above policy do apply.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY At HouseofStyle.com we do our best to keep our inventory updated and our stocks replenished. Occasionally we run out of particular sizes or colors of items. We do receive several shipments of merchandise on a daily basis, so chances are we will have your item back in stock. If you have placed an order and that item is sold out, you will be notified via the email address you provided at the time you placed your order. Our policy is not to charge you for an item unless it is ready to be shipped out.
